At our cottage we already have:

1. A foam lined *unsinkable* canoe - *proper handling still required
2. An adult kayak 
3. And, we have just purchased 2 new Youth Kayaks for enjoyment at the cottage.  Pelican Youth Kayak - 140 Pound Weight Maximum

All are Use at Own Risk

If you are looking to rent a boat, we recommend Peel Marine in Lakefield.

Peel Marine has rented to past guests and delivered to our property.  They are familiar with our lake and boat launch.

PINE VISTA RESORT BOAT RENTALS & STONEY LAKE ACCESS:

You have the option to put in on our lake from our property, or if you want to boat the Kawartha Lakes system, you can put in at Pine Vista resort (just across #6 from our cottage) for $3 in and $3 out.  You may also want to inquire at Pine Vista about renting a boat from them.  I imagine their guests come first, but if they have available watercraft they may be amenable to renting to other interested parties.

For those interested in fishing or exploring Stoney Lake, we have 14-foot aluminum fishing boats with 9.9-hp motors available for rent, as well as one 16-foot bass boat with a 50-hp motor, live well and swivel seats.

Larger groups that wish to tour and explore the lake can rent our pontoon boats. We have one 18-foot pontoon boat with a 40-hp motor, equipped for 9 people. For a small fee, guests with private boats can make use of our excellent launching and docking facilities.

18' Pontoon Boat with 40-hp motor (8 persons) $215.00 $750.00

Docking fees for private boats (launching is included)   $20.00   $90.00

We require a damage deposit of $150 on 14' boats and $700 on Bass and Pontoon boats.

All boat rentals include one tank of gas and safety equipment.

Lifejackets are available.

You will be charged for boats reserved in your name, unless cancelled at least one week prior to arrival.
