What to Bring

Remember to Bring:

• Directions to the cottage & information package
• Key code

For the Kitchen & Bathrooms:

• Toilet paper – we supply starter rolls only
• Drinking water
• Kitchen towels
• Bath & Beach towels
• Any special spices/baking needs
• Coffee/tea/special sugars

For the Cottage:

•  Cottage slippers/shoes
•  Laundry soap
•  Bed linens – bring your own sheets & pillowcases (or sleeping bags are even easier).  
• We provide blankets & pillows.  If you are short a size, you can borrow from our linen closet.  Just please wash & return it to the appropriate bin before departure.  There are extra blankets all over the cottage.
• Many people leave coolers on the deck for drinks to free up fridge space.  Bring ice packs.

For your Enjoyment:

• Camera
• Cell phone
• Videos, CDs, games, DVDs, iPods
• Power cords & chargers

For the Lake:

• Lake shoes – please wear shoes in water to protect against zebra mussels.  Kids can get cuts easily!
• Fishing equipment – a fishing license is also good idea. Available in Lakefield or at Pine Vista Resort tuck shop.
• Sunscreen
• First Aid Kit
• Insect Spray
• Life jackets – we have a variety to borrow, but please bring any specialty sizes for babies or kids to ensure proper fit
• Firewood - available at gas stations & driveways along the way.  Alternatively, you can easily collect branches across from the cottage in the forest.  

Note:  there are convenience stores in Warsaw, Lakefield, across the street at Pine Vista resort, the Irwin Inn and McCracken’s Landing.
